Mike is 5 star! He is contactable. He answers his messages. He makes a date to come and look at the job and arrives on time. He quotes promptly and at a reasonable cost. Once the quote is accepted he agrees a date to carry out the work- again he arrives on time, does a great job. Absolutely no negatives here and actually a stress free interaction. I can’t recommend Mike enough. He’s completed a few plumbing jobs for me and family recently. He offers a thorough and genuine service. He was easy to get in touch with, knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable. I was particularly impressed with his care and attention to detail.

This is the second time I've used Mike, he is a friendly, patient professional man. He fixed a toilet for me first time with old plumbing. This time supplied and fitted an electric shower, again old plumbing but persevered and completed the job. I am really happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to either recommend him to others and would certainly use him again myself.

I had used Michael's plumbing service. once before and was pleased to find that his standards and problem solving were of the same high standard again. He kept me posted on his arrival time and did a very thorough job in repairing our rather ancient toilet cistern. His industry, determination friendly manner and reasonable rates are a credit to him. And all this despite "help"from our rwo cats! I.

He is great at communication, letting me know when he will arrive. He is always 100% reliable, which gives me much peace of mind. The job gets done with no drama, and he is efficient and clean with his work. He never leaves a mess after he has finished. His prices are very fair too. Overall I can't recommend him highly enough.

I posted my request on mybuilder in minutes I already had a message. Mike was available very quickly at a reasonable price to come and see the existing installation gave me great advices. He arrived on time both times to check and carry the work between the moment the moment I asked for the quote and the moment he carried the work it was probably 4 days. Very pleasant and polite and he did a great job in no time. Needless to say I presciously kept is number!

Mike is a lovely bloke and knows exactly what he is doing. He is efficient and reasonably priced. He also went out of his way to make sure my mum (who has Alzheimer's) was happy before proceeding. Can not rate Mike high enough. 10/10.

Mike replied very quickly to all my messages and turned up very promptly and on the day I had requested. He was courteous and left no mess and explained what he had done. Re -fitting the shower tap was slightly trickier than he had thought but he managed it and the invoice reflected the original quote. I would highly recommend him.
